(You) said the government thinks you deserve a fresh start and so do we. I thought so too, since I’ve always been a responsible person both financially and personally. I had circumstances out of my control that led me into my problems and I am so grateful we do have the opportunity to get a fresh start. Thank you, Mr. Black!
