The decision to file is rather difficult. There are many emotions, questions, and concerns one experiences. Through it all, both you and Shari were extremely helpful, patient and kind. The letters and information you give the client as to what they can expect were really helpful. I found I was able to refer to them several times during the process and found the answers to my questions almost every time.
