Mr. Black, I’m not sure if you remember me, but I am the daughter of CH and KH. In January, you helped my parents with their bankruptcy just prior to my mother passing away. I never got a chance to thank you so I would like to now.
You were extremely understanding in regards to the delicate nature and circumstances regarding my mother’s illness and her inability to travel to Houston to meet with you.
Furthermore, when we realized that my mother did not have much longer you and your staff worked with us to expedite the paperwork.
I do not know of too many attorneys or law firms that would have gone out of their way as you did especially for such a small return on their investment. (in terms of the fees charged)
Again, my father and I want to thank you, all of the staff that helped in preparing the paperwork, and your associate that met my father at the courthouse for the bankruptcy hearing in March.
It isn’t a wonderful moment in my father’s life to file bankruptcy. He is an extremely proud man, but with your help you ensured that he wouldn’t have to endure the pain and indignity of losing his home on top of having to mourn the loss of my mother.
Respectfully yours, C.W.
