SADDAM AGREES TO LET U.N. COUNT SECRET SITES

President Bush announced recently that the despotic Iraqi dictator, Saddam Hussein, has finally agreed to let U.N. inspectors count all of his secret nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons sites. That is the good news.
The bad news is, Saddam has set a condition of the inspections: We must use the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen to do the counting. (NOT!)
