Dear Readers: No one thinks the Iraqi war, or all the suffering and death that occurred is funny. But you have to admit, the Iraqi Minister of Information came up with some tall tales, and some of them are downright hilarious.
For example:”It has been rumored that we have fired scud missiles into Kuwait. I am here now to tell you, we do not have any scud missiles and I don’t know why they were fired into Kuwait.”
