J. THOMAS BLACK RECOGNIZED FOR CONTRIBUTION TO FIGHT AGAINST BANKRUPTCY CHANGES

Philadelphia, Pa., April 27, 2001. J. Thomas Black was honored today by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys at their 9th Annual Convention here in Philadelphia. Before a record turnout crowd of 450 attorneys from 44 states, Mr. Black was presented with a plaque and officially made a Member of the Order of Protectors of Consumer Debtors, for his contributions to the fight against anti-consumer bankruptcy legislation. The award reads:
