J. THOMAS BLACK RECOGNIZED BY NATIONAL GROUP FOR SECOND TIME, FOR HELP IN FIGHT AGAINST ANTI-CONSUMER BANKRUPTCY BILL

New Orleans, La., May 2, 2003. J. Thomas Black was honored again today by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys at their 11th Annual Convention here in New Orleans. Before a record turnout crowd of over 550 attorneys from 49 states, Mr. Black was presented with a plaque and officially declared to be a Champion of the Order of Protectors of Consumer Debtors, for his contributions to the fight against the anti-consumer bankruptcy legislation presently pending before Congress. Mr. Black was previously honored by the same group in 2001, at their 9th annual convention. The award reads:
