J. Thomas Black is very pleased and proud to announce that he has become a Member of The Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas. Membership means that Mr. Black has spent more than 75 hours in the past year in the delivery of legal services to low-income Texans, without expectation of payment. In Mr. Black’s case, his services were in connection with the Houston Volunteer Lawyer’s Program (AIDS project).
