J. Thomas Black has been appointed State Chairman of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (Southern District of Texas).

As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Black will be seeking to contact other consumer bankruptcy attorneys in order to increase the membership of NACBA, as well as to mobilize opposition to anti-consumer legislation pending in Congress.
