Tax Exempt Credit Counseling Organizations have traditionally helped Americans to reduce their borrowing costs and do a better job of financial planning. These IRS actions will, in part, be based on compliance checks under the jurisdiction of the Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division of the IRS.
