I guess it’s been an awfully long day interviewing prospective Chapter 13 debtors, but I thought these You Tube videos about subprime mortgages etc. were just hilarious.

I sure hope President Obama is able to pass the Housing Initiative he talked about today, part of it would allow my Chapter 13 clients to modify their home loans in bankruptcy, and stop about 20% of all the millions of foreclosures that are otherwise about to happen in the next few years. And it wouldn’t cost taxpayers one thin dime.
