The Judicial Council of the United States Courts has announced filing fee increases, effective Nov. 1 of this year.

Principal new filing fees for-

Chapter 7 $209.00

Chapter 13 $194.00

Motion for Relief From Stay $150.00

Motion to Abandon $150.00

Amended schedules $6.00

Note: This is an increase of $9 in the Court’s filing fee for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. This does not include the attorney’s fees for filing a bankruptcy case.
