MR. BLACK CELEBRATES 20TH YEAR AS BOARD CERTIFIED IN BANKRUPTCY

Mr. Black was notified today by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization that he has been re-certified for another 5 year term in Consumer Bankruptcy Law.
 
Mr. Black was first Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law in 1989. He was recertified in 1994, 1999, 2004, and again this year. This will be Mr. Black's 20th year as a Board Certified Texas attorney.
 
Board Certification means that an attorney spends a large part of his time practicing the area of law indicated. It also means that he or she has taken and passed a comprehensive examination in that area of law; that he or she has practiced law in that area for at least 5 years; and that he or she has been recommended by other attorneys and a judge.
